New Homes

Note: For new homes, our agent must accompany you on your first visit to the project in order for Charity Realty to receive a commission from the builder.

Buyers Full Service Program; We donate 20% of our commission to your favorite U.S. Charity!

Our full service program is designed for everyone. You will be assigned an agent to answer your questions, make appointments to view houses and meet with you at the house and throughout the buying process.

1. Tell us the houses you are interested in viewing. One of our experienced agents will set-up an appointment for you and meet you at the house and be with you during the viewing.
2. Your agent will assist you in making and appropriate offer through the use of comparables and write the offer to give to the seller’s agent.
3. Your agent will manage the buying/escrow process. He/She will also be available to answer questions and give insights as necessary.
4. At the time of closing your favorite U.S. Charity will receive a donation of 20% of our commission. Just let us know the name of the Charity prior to closing.
